Your rights and how to contact us
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, as applicable, you may ask whether your personal data is processed; obtain information about the processing, its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn the recipients in Türkiye and abroad; request correction or deletion/destruction under the statutory conditions and notification of those actions to recipients; object to an adverse result arising exclusively from automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Submit requests to privacy@omnisio.app or the contact method shown here: a written application to Oney Finansal Danışmanlık Turizm ve Dış Ticaret AŞ at the address above, or kvkk@omnisio.app, which is the published channel for applications under Law No. 6698. Identity verification is limited to what is necessary. Requests under this law are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; the statutory rules on fees apply. Applicable rights under other laws are described here: if Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) applies to the processing, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on it, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; such requests are answered within one month, which may be extended by up to two further months for complex or numerous requests, in which case you are told within the first month. A translation alone does not determine which law applies.
What to include in a request
Identify the service concerned, the request and a reply address already associated with your relationship where possible. We may request proportionate information needed to verify your identity or authority, but do not ask you to send passwords or full medical files. If a request concerns information controlled by a customer organisation, we explain the appropriate contact and assist within our role rather than silently ignoring the request. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
